Conducted several many-years-long therapy groups. Conducted workshops for coulples struggling with the borderline/narcissistic-styled dynamic. Worked as a research assistant and associate on several cross-cultural studies: a comprehensive Rorschach study of an entire Yukon Eskimo village, a study comparing/contrasting Chinese and Japanese familial attitudes related to autonomy, attachment, achievement and family affiliation, a study of the relevance of familial attitudes to delinquency among lower and middle class urban Japanese, a study comparing interpersonal attitudes among Black, Hispanic and White incarcerated young adults. Consulted on a study of Irish villager interpersonal-familial attitudes. Served as coordinator to Berkeley/Mount Zion Interdisciplinary Seminar on the Cultural Contributions To Mental Illness. Worked as research assistant on Rorschach data from NIMH Schizophrenic Twins Project.
